How do I print student grade reports?

There are three types of grade reports that can be printed from Echo.

Each type of report is found throught the "School Browser" tool.

 

  • Course Grade Summary: Print a summary of a student's overall grade and outcome scores for a single course.
  • Course Grade Detail: Print a summary of a student's overall grade, outcome scores and recent assignment scores for a single course.
  • Student Grades Summary: Print a summary of a student’s school-wide learning outcome scores from across all courses as well as current grades in each course.
NOTE: 
  • For all grade printing, makre sure to click the “Refresh Data” button to ensure the latest grade data is available. 
  • Progress reports reflect current grades only. This feature does not allow selection of previous grading periods or courses. The report will reflect grades that are currently visible to a student from Echo's gradebook. To print formal progress reports for all students, let teachers know the date and time that reports will be run to ensure that grades are up to date to acurrately reflect student performance

From the homepage click the "main menu" icon.

From the main menu select "School Browser".

 

1. Click "Students & Enrollments" tab.

2. Locate student, or search student name.

3. Click the "print" icon to the right of student name.

 

 

Within the "School Browser" tool:

1. Click the "Students and Enrollment" tab.

2. Locate student or search student name.

3. Click drop down menu to the left of student's name.

4. Click the "print" icon to the right of desired course.

 

 

Within the "School Browser" tool:

1. Click the "Courses and Agendas" tab.

2. Locate or search for desired course.

3. Click the "print" icon to the right of the course name.

There are three types of grade reports you can print from Echo and each is available through the School Browser tool.

Course Grade Summary - Prints a summary of the student’s overall grade and outcome scores for a single course.

Course Grade Detail -  Prints a summary of the student’s overall grade, outcome scores and recent assignment scores for a single course.

Student Grades Summary - Prints a summary of the student’s school-wide outcome scores from across all of their courses and their current grades in each course.

Note: The progress reports reflect current grades only.  The feature doesn’t allow you to select previous grading periods or courses.  The report will reflect the grades that are currently visible to the student from Echo’s gradebook.  If you want to print formal progress reports for all students, it’s best to let the teachers know the date and time you will run the reports so that they can make sure their grades are up to date and accurately reflect the student’s performance.

Printing Reports for One Student

All courses summary report

Go to the School Browser Tool

Printing Reports for One Student
  1. Navigate to the "Student and Enrollment" tab
  2. Find or search for the student's name
  3. Click the "print" icon to the right of the student's name

Single Course Report

  1. Navigate to the “Student and Enrollment” tab of the school browser.

  2. Find or search for the student’s name.

  3. Click the small triangle to the left of the student’s name

  4. Click the “print” icon to the right of the desired course name.

Printing Reports for Groups of  Students

All Enrolled Students in a Course:

  1. Navigate to the “Courses and Agendas” tab of the school browser.

  2. Find or search for the desired course.

  3. Click the “print” icon to the right of the course name.

All Course Student Progress Report

  1. Navigate to the “Students & Enrollments” tab of the school browser.

  2. Use the filter tools to select the student you wish to print reports for (up to 100 at a time)

  3. Click the “export data” button in the menu bar and select “Student Grade Reports(PDF)”.
