How do I print student grade reports?

There are three types of grade reports that can be printed from Echo.

Each type of report is found throught the "School Browser" tool.

Watch this tutorial via video.

  • Course Grade Summary: Print a summary of a student's overall grade and outcome scores for a single course.
  • Course Grade Detail: Print a summary of a student's overall grade, outcome scores and recent assignment scores for a single course.
  • Student Grades Summary: Print a summary of a student’s school-wide learning outcome scores from across all courses as well as current grades in each course.
NOTE:
  • Schools should pick a “due date and time” for teachers to have their grades accurate for report printing.
  • For all grade printing, make sure to click the “Refresh Data” button to ensure the latest grade data is available.
  • Progress reports reflect current grades only. This feature does not allow selection of previous grading periods or courses. The report will reflect grades that are currently visible to a student from Echo's gradebook. To print formal progress reports for all students, let teachers know the date and time that reports will be run to ensure that grades are up to date to acurrately reflect student performance
