To add a custom icon to our course:
From the homepage, click the "Editor" icon on the course that needs a thumbnail.
Select the "Tools" icon located in the top tool bar.
Select "Course settings".
Click the "Upload image" tool.
Click, "Choose File".
1. Select an image.
2. Click "Open".
Click "UPLOAD".
Click "SAVE".
