Why am I logged out?

   

For security purposes, Echo includes an idle timeout option to force a user to log out if they have not been active in the application for a set amount of time.

The default setting for logging out is 60 minutes. Your Echo Administrator may change that to up to 999 minutes.

In the Admin App under Domain Settings, there is an option to adjust the idle timeout limit. See the following article for more info:

If your domain settings are already at the maximum, other local factors can also affect being logged out, like: browser cookies not being enabled, computer screensavers, or a drop in Internet connection.
