Note: This document references views and actions that are only available to Echo Administrators
Generate User Activity Reports to get a high-level perspective on users' time spent in Echo.
To run User Activity Reports:
- Open Report from the Main Menu, select User Activity Reports and choose one of the following:
- User Login and logout times, to report login and logout times for a single user.
- User enrollment activity, to report time spent in all of a single user's enrollments
- Domain user activity, to report login and logout times and time spent for domain users with activity.
- Domain user inactivity, to report domain users without any activity.
User login and logout times
- Provide the user name or ID of the user you want the report for and click Next.
- Choose date range for the report and click Next.
- Click Export to CSV (comma-separated values file) to Download the report.

User enrollment activity
- Provide the user name or ID of the user you want the report for and click Next.

Filter the data if you want to:
- Include past enrollments
- Exclude overlapping time
- Click Export to CSV (comma-separated values file) to Download the report.

Domain user activity
- Provide the domain name or ID of the user you want the report for and click Next.
- Choose date range for the report and click Next.
- Indicate the Maximum number of users and Filter the data indicate whether you want:
- Login and logout times
- Enrollment activity summary
- Click Export to CSV (comma-separated values file) to Download the report.

Domain user inactivity
- Provide the domain name or ID of the domain you want the report for and click Next.
- Choose date range for the report and click Next.
- Click Export to CSV (comma-separated values file) to Download the report.
