What if I can't find what I need in the Echo Help Center?
If you can't find an answer in the Echo Help Center follow these steps:
- Contact the Echo Administrator for the school/district.
- If the Echo Administrator cannot help, they will submit a help desk ticket on your behalf.
To get the most efficient help, include as much as possible of the following in your ticket request:
- Course Name and Course ID
- Activity Title
- Screenshot
- Screencast
- Browser/Device used
- Student name
- Be as specific as possible
Can we have more than one Echo Administrator? Yes, have your current Echo Admin put in a helpdesk ticket to add another person to the Echo Admin Team for your school.
