Echo is designed with Domains and Subdomains. NTN is the Root and any updates we make at the root, (improvements, notifications, etc) will filter throughout all schools within the network. Domains identify a school district as the parent to the schools within the district which are the subdomains of the parent domain. Echo Support creates all schools within Echo as well as the distinct URL that each staff, student, and parent will use to access your school.

Every user account that is created, only exists in that domain. And based on the permissions of that user determines which application they will see when logging into Echo. Note: only teachers and echo administrators will have permissions, parents and students will not.
Echo is constantly being improved based on the feedback from users and we strive to keep our documentation up to date. If this document doesn’t match what you are seeing in Echo, please let us know.
