Printing a student's grade summary
- Open the student's user detail page. For steps, see How do I view student grades in all courses?
- Select the Performance tab.
- Check that the term button in the upper right (for example, 26-27 Fall Semester) shows the term you want to report on.
- Click the print icon to the right of the term button.
A printer-friendly view opens with the same information as the Performance tab: the student's learning outcome percentages, plus the score and outcome percentages for each course.
- (Optional) Use the Optional columns menu to add more information to the report.
- Click Print.
Note: Each report is printed one student at a time. To review grades for many students at once, see How do I export grade data from my domain?
Sharing printed reports with families
Grades in Echo update as work is scored, so a printed report shows grades only as of the day it was printed. Include a note asking students and families to check Echo for current grades.
For a detailed breakdown of one course, see How do I print a course grade detail report?
