I hope this announcement finds you all well as we approach the end of 2025. We wanted to be proactive and inform you all that the Echo Support Desk will be closed for the following days in December to allow our staff time to spend with their family over the holiday break.
Monday December 22, 2025 - January 2nd, 2026
While Echo Support may not be available on these dates, our systems will have full coverage and monitoring with staff available to address any emergency situations or critical reports.
Also, our offices will be closed in observance of the following holidays for the 2026 Calendar.
