How do I undelete users, enrollments, and courses

Note: This document references views and actions that are only available to Echo Administrators

Echo Administrators have the ability to undelete, users, enrollments, courses, and domains.  When undeleting users their enrollments are automatically restored unless you choose not to restore them. In most cases, the default to restore will always be checked.

Select the Echo Admin Console from the Main Navigation Menu

Select the item(s) to be undeleted from the drop down list

Check the box next to the items that need to be restored and select Undelete  Note: "Restore associated enrollments" box is checked as default.  In most cases you will always restore enrollments.  

When the items have been successfully undeleted, the following screen will display and from here you can navigate to the item.
