How do I use the Echo Admin Console?

The Echo Admin Console is used for the undelete of users, courses, and enrollments. Its also used for the export of users for user management.  For more information on how to undelete please see this article from our help desk.

With the export tool, the Echo Administrator has the ability to:

• List all Staff/Student/Parent accounts
• Modify large groups of records in Echo and import them back in

Your domain access determines the report created. For example if your account is at the district the export will list all schools within your district. For more information on exporting data, see this article from our help desk.

Select from the Main menu Echo Admin Console. From here Courses, User, and Enrollments can be undeleted. As well as exporting your user lists for updating.
